Lauren has completed the four years of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto and is currently completing her Thesis. Lauren graduated in 2018 from Brock University with an honour’s degree in Kinesiology. Fascinated by movement and the physiology of the body since her early days as a competitive rower, she has had a long-standing passion for sports and movement!
