Before entering the world of healthcare, Frank spent many years as a chef in the Niagara region, creating memorable dining experiences with a focus on hospitality and connection.

Now, Frank channels that same passion into supporting the well-being of his clients. He is trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, prenatal and postnatal massage, and relaxation techniques. Frank is known for his patient-centered approach, taking time to listen, assess, and tailor each treatment to your individual needs helping you move toward healing, balance, and relaxation.
