Lauren graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto in 2023. She also earned an Honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2018. With a strong foundation in movement and human physiology, Lauren has been passionate about health and performance since her early days as a competitive rower.

Lauren was first introduced to osteopathy as an adolescent while seeking treatment for chronic headaches and migraines. Through osteopathic care, she experienced significant relief—an experience that ultimately inspired her career path. Osteopathy focuses on restoring mobility and function throughout the body’s tissues, using a hands-on, holistic approach to help alleviate pain and dysfunction.

Since graduating, Lauren has continued to expand her clinical skillset and completed a pregnancy taping course in 2025, allowing her to better support prenatal clients.

Lauren’s love of sport and movement, combined with her dedication to client care, allows her to blend her passions into helping others achieve optimal health and function.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys staying active and can often be found on the golf course
