Lauren has recently graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. Lauren graduated in 2018 from Brock University with an honour’s degree in Kinesiology. Fascinated by movement and the physiology of the body since her early days as a competitive rower, she has a long-standing passion for sports.

Lauren was introduced to Osteopathy as an adolescent after she started suffering from chronic headaches and migraines. Through Osteopathic treatment, she discovered relief and her life’s passion. Osteopathy aims to restore the mobility and function of all the tissues within the body. Osteopathic treatment utilizes the body to alleviate symptoms of pain and dysfunction. Lauren’s love of sport and drive has allowed her to blend her passion with helping others.

Lauren loves staying active and you can often find her on the golf course.
